The dog named Red is not a fan of mornings. However, he loves traveling and going on adventures.
The dog’s fur parents, Zofie Rot and Andrew Revesz, know this all too well. Red always appeared disinterested whenever they brought him along on morning excursions and he would rather sleep.
However, it did not take the dog long to find someone that he would be willing to wake up for in the morning. While Red and his dad were camping, a dog approached their tent to investigate. Instead of becoming angry toward the other dog, Red befriended him.
The next morning, when Zofie and Andrew awoke, they discovered the two canines playing together like brothers. The couple attempted to locate the new dog’s owner, but they were unsuccessful, so they concluded that the dog was a stray.
Eventually, Zofie and Andrew learned the dog’s history from a fellow camper. According to the camper, the dog was named Blue Bear and he was abandoned by his previous owners. Blue Bear was unaware that his owners had left him behind, so he remained there and waited for his owners to come back.
This story devastated the couple, so they asked the camper why no one had adopted Blue Bear so far. The other camper did not respond. However, it was evident to Zofie and Andrew that no one wanted to adopt the dog.
As a result of observing how well Blue Bear got along with Red, the couple decided to bring the dog home with them. It was a win-win situation, since Red would now have a sibling by his side. Moreover, they would have a new dog to accompany them on their trips.
Zofie and Andrew are enthusiastic about the future of Blue Bear being in their care. They also know that Blue Bear is good for Red because now, Red is more than willing to wake up in the morning.
