Meet Scooby, a dog that has been with his family for 15 years already. He was only a pup when he had wandered into the family’s garage. After scanning the pooch for a microchip and finding nothing, the family decided to adopt him. Since then, the dog has been obsessed with his beloved family members.
Scooby’s fur dad, Brian Peter, said the dog is loyal. The family spends lots of time outdoors, and Scooby is always by their side no matter what they’re doing.
Scooby’s family lives on a property that belonged to his dad’s great-grandparents. Brian and his wife and kids live in one house and his parents in another. To ensure Scooby can spend time with everyone, the dog walks back and forth between their homes each day. He has walked the same path so many times that he has already left a permanent trail in the grass.
Brian began to notice it last summer after cutting grass. And since then, it gradually became a small trench — a proof of how Scooby likes spending time with all his family members. His family loves seeing the trail every day and watching their beloved dog run or walk back and forth.
According to Brian, his retired parents spend lots of time on their back porch, so Scooby also spends lots of time there. The pooch even has a recliner on their back porch.
Thus, Scooby is with his grandparents all day while his fur parents are at work and his human siblings are at school. He then returns to the other house when his parents and siblings return home. The pooch also likes patrolling around the property.
Occasionally, the pooch goes off his path. However, mostly, he sticks to the trail and knows where it goes — into his family’s arms.
