Crufts is one of the best organizations for recognizing the importance of rescue dogs’ heroic acts in people’s lives. It emphasizes the particular bond that exists between the master and the rescued dog, as well as how they can express this attachment through a variety of skill sets.
Crufts hosts a musical event called “Heelwork to Music.” This event highlights canine’s freestyle abilities such as dancing, performing tricks, and more! It entails a collaborative effort between dogs and their owners. And Levi, a Border Collie, made this an unforgettable experience for everyone!
One of the surely exciting parts of this presentation is seeing how people and dogs interact through the performing arts. You’ll see how dogs show discipline, obedience, and, of course, incredible heelwork.
With back-up dancers Mary Ray and Richard Curtis, Levi was captured on camera delivering the most jaw-dropping act. Levi dazzled the audience with stunning movements that captivated every single spectator.
Levi was observed sitting on his hind legs, eyes hidden by his paws, calmly waiting for his back-up dancers to come alongside him as soon as the music started playing. The three of them began to walk forward in time to the music’s beat. Mary and Richard clasped hands, while Levi danced using his exquisite footwork, along with some flawless spinning – all these done beneath the arch of the back-up dancer’s hands!
Levi’s eyes were fixed on his back-up dancers, and you could see the joy on his face as he ran in circles, dancing between Mary and Richard. He almost fell over when leaping over the piece of fabric held by his dance partners, but that didn’t stop him from concluding the act with a bang!
The act may have only lasted a few minutes, but what made it great and extravagant was the number of feats Levi was able to accomplish while doing it.
In this video, you can see Levi’s incredible dancing abilities.
